From a crisis mgmt standpoint D1 is failing again and I realize ‘crisis’ is a bit dramatic but that’s the terminology.

D1 is putting the onus on paying customers to request a refund instead of being proactive. Fall on your sword. Stream the rest of the weekend for free. Issue refunds.

D1’s reputation is shite. One of the largest fan bases in the sport is alienated. Demonstrate your service can handle the numbers at no cost to viewers.

Deal with your service providers offline. Either the service level agreement was not reasonably set, and that’s on D1, or the service providers failed and should be held responsible instead.

Get ahead of this shite show.

He’s not owning up the right way though. Owning up the right way would be giving a full refund. But he either can’t or isn’t willing to eat that loss so he’s still subsidizing his other bullshite tournament with money from LSU fans because without us no one would’ve paid him shite for this Frisco tourney.


He’s incapable of providing a satisfactory experience and he’s incapable of providing a refund so he comes here to get yelled at in hopes that we get it all out and forgive him.
