I think Collins and Eugene may get some good playing time this year.

no one is disputing cb depth or need of a corner.. that's replaceable.

it was more of his actual play making abilities, punt returns, gunning, strip fumbles, tds that will be missed.

So, who starts now at Corner in place of Tyrann?

Who moves to Nickel?

Who returns punts?

I think that we will be fine. We will miss his ball skills and explosiveness, no doubt. He was a playmaker of extreme ability and those do not come around very often. But, overall, we will be okay.

So, who steps up in those roles?

OBJ I believe was listed as the #2. It'll be a WR most likely.

I see Collins filling in more than adequately in the 2 spot with Thomas stepping up and filling the 3 spot.

not gonna lie...i wont feel as comfortable about each game knowing TM7 is not there but still confident that we will dominate...i just need to get these first game jitters out and once the new guy whoever it will be makes some plays we will all forget TM7 and relax more

Travin Dural was very dangerous as a PR in high school... might be an option.

Collins was looking good, from reports, in the first days of practice. He should step in nicely, but he'll get picked on by teams since he isn't as known as Simon.

Not to be a downer but none of these guys have done a damn thing on the college level save for Ronald Martin in very limited PT last year.

We've got the bodies and the potential but Tyrann was too dynamic to just replace without some bumps along the way. Honestly the best news is that we don't open with as beastly a schedule as last year, so the young guys can get acclimated at a more even pace. Raymond really needs a RS year to work on his body but Thomas and Mills will have to be relied upon more than they would have, and Collins was already slated to have a big role.

I'm putting a lot of my expectations on Micah Eugene to fill TM7's spot as a playmaker and turnover machine, but it is a lot to ask.
