Baylor fires him and the end of the season. Matt House is fired and Dave is brought back as LSU’s DC.

Am I right or what

We need less turnover at coaching.

He's under contract through 2029. I don't see Baylor buying out 6 seasons.

What makes you think Kelly cares about his connection to LSU? I lean on the side of Kelly not giving a frick that this guy was here in 2019, and if House is let go then I'd imagine Kelly will go find his own guy.

I believe he would stay in BR for life if LSU allowed him that opportunity, as DC. He’s not a HC, and now he and everyone else knows that. He’s a very sharp coordinator, and that’s an awesome job to have, if at the right program.

He’s a stubborn mule if he doesn’t think bringing in a guy with major connections and a strong history at LSU would help. Couple that with his Texas connections, Aranda would really help LSU. This is a time where you have to stay relevant in Texas so take whoever you can get. Especially defensively.

He’s running Baylor into the ground. A place that is not used to that as of late.

Agree here. I think Kelly lets House go "find an NFL job" and brings in his own guy.

???
Bama deals with a lot of coaching turnover every year.

We had very little turnover this year, possibly among the lowest in the SEC.

Our best offensive season was credited to the one year wonder Joe Brady…

Not sure CBK would want to hire someone with an LSU past. But whoever he hires better be frickin fantastic

Baylor isn't firing Aranda and as great as he is as a DC, he's not a great recruiter. We don't have an elite recruiting head coach or defensive position coaches. We need a DC that can coach AND recruit.

Will be tough to find, but it has to be the goal.

Believe he's from SoCal so I'd think he'd look at USC DC job where he could fix one of the worst defenses in college football.
