Also, not necessarily here, but you see it all the time outfielders wear their glasses on their hats or backwards in the middle of the day with the sun. Nothing drives me crazier. Put your damn glasses on.

It was close enough. Tagging up wouldn’t have been “wrong.” Could have gone either way imo. But maybe he didn’t see it well off the bat. The worst frick up he could have possibly made was to be standing on 3rd and not scoring if that ball drops. I just don’t think not tagging was some egregious base running error.

Depends on where the sun is. Depending on the angle, sometimes you can see it when it’s high in the sky but not coming off the bat or vice versa. Just a lose-lose situation
