Nuss is the variable that matters, not Daniels.

It was definitely nuss going out and looking really good the last 2 games.

The calculation goes from “ok I sit a year and then have a real competition” to “this guys gonna be crowned before I ever take a snap with the first string

Now pose those questions about Bech and the answers would be the same but it’s not why he left. So you’re fictional reasoning is BS. Again you have no evidence or knowledge to back what you’re saying.

Of course it does to you. Not to WH and everyone else apparently.

What is relevancy then? Explain it. Again you are grounding your argument as if we should be upset the 5th year division winning qb decided to return. That’s where you start not making sense.

Howard wanted to fight for the starting job in 1023 against Nuss.
He might not have won it but to say JD coming back didn't at all affect him leaving is just dishonest.

If JD left at worst he is the backup then transfers next year or maybe he beats Nuss out in the Spring with first team reps.
Then compete with Nuss to be the backup in 2023, if he beats him out he’s one play from being the starter in 2023 and has the inside track to be the starter in 2024.

Daniels is another QB in the room, but the direct competition to Howard is Nuss because they’re only separated by one class.

It’s like you’re saying he can’t handle being below 2nd string next year and….it’s the starters fault for simply being there

Can you explain why you lie and accuse us of wanting JD to fail?

Pointing out his weaknesses isn't it either. So come up with some other shite

I’m not mad but having to constantly respond to your lies is tedious. I figured an inflection might shake you out of your stupidity.

It’s possible he would have stayed a little longer, but if he didn’t earn the starting job by next Spring, he would still be gone. This is about him not believing he can supplant Nuss more than it is about this season.

The day you post a weakness about any other qb on the team is the day i would stop saying it.

So are you saying if WH was going into the spring as QB1 or QB2 that he would have transferred?

Let me hear this lie

He’s staring at the same playing time timeline regardless so blaming JD doesn’t make a lick of sense.

Howard left because he knew he couldn't beat out Nuss! I think it's obvious. If he thought he was better than Nuss, he would've stayed. It's that simple.

I am so sick of arrogant QB's who think they need to be starting as soon as they step on campus. It used to be the norm that college QBs wouldn't start till their junior year. I miss that.

He got some bad counsel on this one. I'm sure he would've declared for the draft if he could've.

Nuss needs to protect the damn ball better and learn not to force stuff and throw stupid INT's.

Needs to be better on his check down throws.

Bet you wont say I'm hating on Nuss.
Cause it doesn't fit your dumb arse narrative. Now does it?

The narrative being pushed in this thread is no different that the people who were saying Boutte left because JD announced he was staying. It’s pure fiction.

What’s my narrative? That I think grounding the argument that we should be upset a 5th year qb who just won the division and voted team mvp is returning all because a freshman qb left is retarded?

That’s the whole point, it’s the motive of it. It was created to deflect any negative comment about JD. I haven’t said anything about him, I haven’t seen you say much but the responses have been straw men accusing us of attacking him. All they’ve done is prove the motive.

If you will notice they are ducking the post where I pointed Nuss faults.

It doesn't fit the narrative they are trying to push which we know what it is.
