K... stay mad little guy.

O said they just started letting him make some line audibles in 2019.
But hey don't believe the hc.

Explain how you know it was a pass play to begin with... you were on a headset?
Way to expose yourself as football ignorant.

I have no hate for him. He played well. But he won't give the receivers a chance. You aren't gonna compete for NCs not throwing ball downfield

LSU fans want great QB play and a national title. Howard was the best high school QB at one point in his senior year and he is a Louisiana kid whose dad played at LSU. So of course many LSU fans wanted him to stay and be successful at LSU. Those of us with sense know that he wasn’t advanced enough at this point to win the starting job and with Nuss returning, he likely won’t be able to start for at least 2 years. So as much as I hate it, it’s the price you pay to win now. I will enjoy watching him play at Ole Miss and I will enjoy watching Harold Perking put him on his back when we beat them.

Omg…. What is wrong with you people? I heard zero people having an issue with Daniel’s taking over at the start of the season, I heard no one having an issue during the season until he showed progression and then regression the following week in the passing game. No one is complaining about his running ability or his toughness.

The issue came when everyone saw Nuss throwing the ball around with accuracy and allowing our offense to score quickly and allowing these elite WRs be what they are. Throwing the ball to a spot where they can catch it and helps with not allowing the defender to do his job affectively. We didn’t see these type of throws from our QB all year so there is a legitimate argument to be made about these two guys.

If JD works on these issues and starts allowing this offense to score quickly with his passing game then there is no more issue? I don’t see the problem? Why can’t both things be true? No one hates the guy. People simply want him to shut them all up with his improvement and play in the passing game next season and if he has the same attitude that you people do, then he very likely won’t and will actually regress. I hope he’s much more mature than most of you.

The Daniels worship has gotten too much.

It's gotten ridiculous. They're making the dude out to be some kind of football martyr, yet they'll be the first ones calling for his head if he stinks it up against FSU for the 2nd year in a row.

But yet we were ranked #5 in the playoff poll after week 11.

Let me see a show of hands of all who envisioned us as a top 4 football program after the disasters of 2020 and 2021 during spring football and the start of the fall season.

It took a fairly remarkable effort by our coaching staff and players to achieve what we did last year considering what we had and where we started. Pissing and moaning continually over the effort of the team MVP makes us look foolish.

O is of course a reliable source. The broadcasters pointed it out on a replay. You are stupid.

Perhaps, if he leads early summer practice like Burrow did; the rest of the group may come around . . .

If he was a decent QB, he would throw the damn ball and avoid sacrificing his body so much.
If he threw the ball away half the times he should his completion % would be in the 50s instead he rather rack up 40+ sacks taken.

I can’t speak to the mindset of a racist. Some people, perhaps you, see skin color. Most in this day and age do not. Most people, businesses and sports teams want success and the color of the skin of the person providing that success is not a consideration. . The dislike for Daniel’s failure to throw the ball on time and target to open receivers or push the ball down the field on 50/50 plays died down when he was winning… it only resurfaced when LSU went on a losing streak.

If the criticism was truly racism, it would have never died down.

I agree. However, stop with the "he sacrificed his body". Every player sacrifices his body for cause.
Daniels came to LSU to help himself gain an NFL career. BK convinced him LSU was the best place to enhance his draft status.
