That's almost the average OT body fat %.

Almost.

In the camera lens and the weight room, yes. Hope he becomes one on the field as well.

The big cat drill measures explosion and power. Defensive ends are built to engage with their man and shuck him as soon as possible to get to the RB or QB. Not have a shoving match with the blocker. I guarantee Hunter would not be getting smashed if he were after a QB or RB.

Well, he had 3 sacks in 13 games last year, so. . .

You're missing my point. What I'm getting at is the drill is designed to see who is stronger and more explosive. I think the outcome would be different if they put a ball carrier 3 or so yards behind the blocker and told the defensive guy to make the tackle. Hunter would do what DE's do and engage then shed the blocker. Not have a shoving match with him. Now if he has trouble shedding his man, then we have a problem.

As of July, I'm at 9% body fat (electronically tested); I'm also naturally vascular and in good shape but I can tell you that I am not nearly as ripped as Hunter.

10% is usually the six pack threshold for most men. Some show with more, some dont show with less but everyone claiming it is far-fetched needs to research the topic. These are some of the most athletic people on the planet who push themselves beyond the limit year round in their training and diet.

No you need research. You can not competitively do cardio with only 4%

No way. I'd say 9-14% body fat. Its hard for bodybuilders who run cycles of tren, Clen, winny, and test propinate and a bunch of other crap to get that low.

I was a builder years ago...always been vascular...at 10% I was ripped. I would get as low as 6% with zero energy and would stay sick. I have hose like veins all the time...that's genetic and a result of low BF%

Again, this is an elite physical specimen. 4% body fat is extremely low for almost everyone, but there are outliers. To say it is impossible for an elite athlete that busts his arse to have that low of a body fat percentage (whether or not it is possibly dangerous) during fall camp is unfair. I competed in high school athletics year round at 6%.
