I agree with a point someone made that if someone is willing to offer you to be the highest paid anything, you listen. Doesn't mean you have to take it

if that's the case, then every coach would pretty much stay where they are at. Most coaches jump to another school while still under contract. Just think how shitty the coaches pool if Arky or any other school with an open position had to choose from only coaches that were not under contract.
