It's the exact same format as the FCS playoff. As the fan of an FCS team, relax, it will be fine. The home playoff games are going to have ridiculous atmosphere.

I know how a playoff works…it’s sucking out the importance of regular season wins and losses that pisses us off. Regular season importance has slowly been chipped away since 2014. Now they are throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Yeah, and that’s stupid. Since the advent of the FCS playoff system no team seeded lower than eighth has ever won and nearly half of the national championships won are shared between just four different schools.

They should shite on it. The setup that's been leaked it awful. It should either be all conference winners plus 12 wild cards or stay where its at now. fricking nobody wants to see 8-4 teams that finished 6th in their conference make a playoff.

Is it? Teams aren't going to try to win every game? It may make 2 and 3 loss teams play harder to make the playoffs late in the season.

The top headline on ESPN.com’s homepage most of yesterday afternoon was an article shitting on the 24 team CFP too. ESPN has the broadcast rights and still hates it
