I do not agree. One of best hitting teams in country. One of best stealing teams in country. One of best ERA teams in country. One of best defenses in country.
Those things win in Omaha if you can execute.

Totally agree. The funny thing is, when they won it in 09 back in Rosenblatt, we played a ton of small ball. We actually bunted often to get guys in position. I've never understood why we do it so little with the speed on this team, especially with the struggles hitting with RISP.

UCLA was the national champion.
UNC beat us twice in 08 a team who didn't have the talent of a Omaha team, but the magic of the box got us to Omaha. UNC was also a very good team in 2013.
