Probably because we didn't play series with the two best teams in the SEC this season: Florida and Vandy.
LSU is a top 5 team. But there is clear separation between them and Florida, Vandy, and TCU.

The more I see of you on here, but more I just shake my head. LSU was the favorite to win this thing, and had more talent than anyone else...overall.....yet here we are again....at least they went 1-2 this year. You act like this is a major accomplishment for the best program in baseball (looking at talent/facilities/fansupport. It's not. Not everyone thinks we HAVE to win another championship to make it a successful season...but 1-2, imo, doesn't cut it. Obviously, you are content with just getting there and a poor showing doesn't matter to you...we get it.

Well we've got the top of the order coming up. If Scivique can hit a bomb we might score 3. Otherwise we're looking at 1 or 2 because nobody behind him wants to get a hit today.
