I agree, I thought relative to most crowds the last 10+ years the were very good, but that'a a low bar and I thought the crowd was better for Arky.

The first half of the Arkansas game was a good time to complain or previous games, but it sounded good today from the beginning. Better as the game went on obviously since we started slow. I have no complaints about the crowd today. It didn't sound like a morgue when it started and throughout the game.

Maybe we should ask the fans to just rattle their jewelry?

I don’t care what people around me say. They call me the Intense kid for a reason. I was yelling all game and pretty much every defensive possession

Downvote away as needed.

I was in the USMC for six years and came to the PMAC/Alex Box for a weekend with family during my six years in the Corps.

I am now a student here.

I think it can get better, but that was easily the best I have heard the PMAC. Keep winning, and two weeks from now versus Tennessee could be Deaf Dome levels.

I agree it’s not quite Deaf Dome levels but getting a win today with that crowd will go a long way.

I wasn't there, but I certainly can't agree based on what I heard over the radio...a few times there, I couldn't hear the broadcasters due to the crowd noise.

I can’t talk tbh because this was my first game of the season but I audibly laughed at how quiet the arena was at CERTAIN moments in the last couple minutes of the game. There was one defensive drive where it was just dead quiet with the game on the line at the end. But it was also the teams fault that at certain times when the crowd was EXTREMELY into the game they gave up baskets EVERY TIME that everyone was on their feet. The team will learn to deal with pressure before it’s too late this season though, I’m confident

TWith 5 minutes left, 80% of the students were barely making any noise when Auburn had the ball.
his was the best the fans have done so far this year, but it still has a long way to go to reach what the PMAC was even 10 years ago.

The atmosphere is frankly pathetic.

this is what I was noticing on tv as well. Crowd didn’t sound very into it there at the end. I mentioned it in the in game thread. Sounded like they went back to sleep.

I'll tell you like I told people in the game thread; get a new tv. The crowd was fine.

. Yes, this is what I noticed. On the last couple of critical possessions it was very library like- reverting to what it’s been in earlier games.
