He openly admits he does whatever gets him the most clicks. Being wrong openly enrages people so it generates clicks. Being right in journalism today likely makes you far less money than being blatantly wrong and enraging people to come tell you they're enraged.

Maybe TL is better, but he has had nowhere near the season of greatness that JB9 has turned in with a little help from his friends. Who knows what will happen at the next level, but JB9 is arguably the greatest CFB QB of all time.

Look, I can see how some people think Clemson might win. They're a good football team, but how ANYONE with even two firing synapses can look at the season Joe Burrow just had and the one Trevor Lawrence just had and still believe, with ALL EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY, that Lawrence is better is simply stupid.
Had this discussion the other day with a Clemson homer on this board, and he wasn't hearing any of it. Doesn't matter what the numbers are or how many QB-specific awards Burrow won. In his mind, Lawrence is better. That's it. End of discussion. Didn't want to listen to objective data to disprove his feelings/beliefs.
