If you notice, the second Kentucky defender slaps the BACKBOARD while the ball is in the air from Mays. The board actually shakes. That's a goaltending/basket interference violation.

The whole backboard and goal were shaking the whole time the ball was in the air and afterwards. Definitely interference.
