Its open to interpretaion. As long as Javonte and his family deny any impermissible offers and Will Wade does the same the NCAA does not have a case. The NCAA does not have subpoena power t to obtain documentation.

It’s a federal issue now. Trust me, or Al Capone, when it comes to people not paying taxes the federal government will find out. And, if the family lies to a federal agent it is a felony. You think they are willing to risk prison time over this? I don’t.

I mean, if you're really gonna get techlocal about it, how do we know that the word "Smart" is a proper noun in the sentence? This is just a report from a media outlet and a transcript. How do we know he wasn't saying "this smart thing" instead of Smart?

You don't have a clear grasp on what's going on and what the FBI's interests are in this.
