He deserves the blame just like he deserves the credit for winning the championships it is a bad portal class and we are stuck with them for the year. Play the younger guys and see what happens

100% correct. And putting it all together makes him a top coach in the country. So anyone having major issues with him are retarded.

This consistently a bad brand of baseball. Moments of brilliant individual talent shine thrpugh but this team beats themselves morr than any Tiger team i can remember.

How about putting some blame on Jay. He put this team together. And, before someone says,"He's won two National Championships", Les Miles and Ed Orgeron also has National Championships and were fired.
context matters here. Miles inherited a gold mine from saban, Orgeron personal life was his downfall.

He also made another National Championship game - without the "gold mine' from Saban AND with Jordan Jefferson and (forgot the name of the other) as QB's.

I didn't say anything about his 'philosophy'. I said of all the teams he has had at LSU, this team is the worst coaches. Trying to take the extra base down 3 runs with the tying run coming to the plate in Brown, our best chance for a HR and tie the game, is just plain bad baseball. Now, who made the mistake? the runner, then he is poorly coached. The 3rd base coach, ,then he is poorly trained.
This team is not well coached and many stats so far this year indicate that clearly.
Not saying CJJ is a bad coach, I'm just saying compared to his other LSU teams, this is the worst coached. Hopefully that will improve.

Portal guy just hit a HR.

Regardless, he is playing the younger guys.

Braun and Serna start multiple games a weekend (Serna is an every day player now).

Ruckert blew his chance

Clauss isn't ready, but has taken over for Ruckert as the late game sub.

Ricken/Theopholus are getting conference innings.

Patrick isn't ready.

He's playing every person he can.

Then quit blaming just the players. Y'all act like Jay just hit that 3 run homer.

If you want to give him only 10 percent of the blame, that's fine. But, don't act like he has 0 blame so far this season.

I still believe in this team finding a spark. If they can come out of this weekend 4-4 in the SEC then not all is lost.

I want to agree with your post but it will be impossible for them to come out of the weekend 4-4. I’m hoping for 4-5.

It’s his program. Technically all blame and praise goes to him aligning with the players that he’s had. His commutative effort the past 4 seasons is one of if not the best. End of story lol

made a championship and winning another with his own team is not the same. So it’s not comparable to Johnson.
