Cost paid to teams?

Where does one find out what is paid to the teams such as Rice, LA Tech, etc?

Going through that link and seeing LSU plays Utah State next year. Crazy to think that could be a top 25 match up.

The state needs to step in, and make lsu play in state schools for those rent a wins. Other states do that.
If your gonna pay 1.4 million To rice,that could go to a number of in state schools. And they would travel better. Wouldnt you rather see southern for example, with the human jukebox performing at half
