No salary cap so there are competitive balance picks after the standard 1st round for lower revenue/market teams, and before the 2nd round. Kinda similar to compensatory picks in the NFL. A little different because in the NFL compensatory picks don't start until in between the 3rd/4th round, but the best comparison I can come up with.
