Wright barely ever played at LSU and managed to last 4 years in the league. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Until you realize that the reason he played very little at LSU was that he was behind Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry.

Danielle Hunter has turned into an NFL sack machine (with 40 sacks in 4 years) after being practically invisible with just 4.5 sacks in 3 years at LSU.

Was not invisible if you paid attention.

He was a monster on the line against the run. He didn't get many sacks because he was not really asked to rush the passer very much. He was hidden by chavis' scheme.

The second he got to the NFL, the Vikings coaches said with a little coaching on technique, he'd be a star. The article was all over this site at the time.

Who were some other LSU players that had so so college careers that went on to have successful careers in the NFL?

For pure longevity Eugene Daniel wins hands down.

Congrats to Al Woods
I bet his brother, Chad Jones, is proud. Chad Jones (Al Woods' brother) could have had an amazing career if not for that horrific injury.

Rickey Jean Francois was a 7th round pick in 2009. If he makes a roster in the upcoming season that’s 11 seasons. Pretty solid
