Yep. Kwon broke into the starting lineup about midway thru his freshman year but got hurt and missed the last part of the regular season.

Randall Gay was a nickel that played sparingly at LSU but won a super bowl.

Blue played a lot, not sparingly. Saban has said he is one of the smartest players he ever coached and would be his choice from those glory day defenses to be an actual coach.

Shepard and wright haven't really had much of an impact.

Their stats after first 4 years in the NFL were not better than their 4 years at LSU.

Wright caught like 3 passes in one game and everyone freaked out saying we wasted his talent. He caught two more than rest of the season.

Eric Alexander carved out about a 6-7 year NFL career after going undrafted.

Was good at LSU. Plagued by injuries.

Ryan Clark was still an all-SEC and 3rd team All-American though.

True but he did go undrsfted and had a 13 year NFL career with a pro bowl appearance and a super bowl ring. That’s pretty impressive

That’s my point though. Wright barely ever played at LSU and managed to last 4 years in the league. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Danielle Hunter has turned into an NFL sack machine (with 40 sacks in 4 years) after being practically invisible with just 4.5 sacks in 3 years at LSU.

Yea but was hurt some and inconsistent. Not saying he was bad. I mean he was solid but nothing like his quick jump to early stardom in the NFL. You telling me you would’ve thought kwon when he was at LSU would be getting paid Franchise defensive player money in the NFL just a few years later? Nah. He fits the the al woods category for me

I drive by Woods' house all the time in the country just west of Elton on Hwy 190. He's got a bit gate with a "W" leading back to his big arse house and ranch. Needless to say there aren't a whole lot of estates like that in that area

Yea thats crazy but awesome for him. Hopefully we can develop these underachievers better and earlier on with coach Ed than we have in the past so we can get some of that production for our team lol. But some guys are just late bloomers or system players

Bradie James, as great as he was for LSU, wss only a 4th round pick. He led the Cowboys in tackles for something like 6 years in a row.

Blue would have been a featured back at 100 schools. It just so happened out RB talent was embarrassingly deep while he was here.

His injury was a bigger reason.
