How many LSU fans would have guessed this when he left LSU? Woods Who were some other LSU players that had so so college careers that went on to have successful careers in the NFL? Russell Shepard comes to mind.

Danny McCray played 6 seasons

Also before the saints drafted Clapp last year, Woods was the last LSU player they drafted (back in 2010)

You don’t call that success?

You do know because he has played long enough he will receive an nfl pension. Around 50k at 55.

They also match 200% on 401k contributions.

Has had a solid NFL career and I barely remember him at LSU lol

Update: played like two seasons, so not as solid as I thought, but still the fact that he played a good bit was surprising

Ryan Clark had a good college career but the scouts said he had no future in the pros. "Lacks NFL size".

Ryan Clark was still an all-SEC and 3rd team All-American though.

Randall Gay was a nickel that played sparingly at LSU but won a super bowl. Alfred Blue is another.

Looks like he has gotten paid for 4 seasons though. Almost $2 million in earnings is pretty nice.

Blue would have been a featured back at 100 schools. It just so happened out RB talent was embarrassingly deep while he was here.

I don’t know you, but from your post, I would guess you haven’t even sniffed one million the past 9 years combined.

Jalen Collins was doing great with Atlanta until his PED suspension and he wasn’t what we were hoping he’d be at LSU. Also I think Deion Jones. Was a good player but only started a year I believe and then turned into a star immediately in the pros. Also Kwon Alexander, kind of the same deal as Deion

Debo was one that I thought was always going to be a very good player, Chavis just screwed him out of starting. God I hate Chavis for his affection for Welter.
