Northeastern is a 1 bid league but if northeastern loses. Another team in the league will get the auto bid and then northeastern will get an at large. Northeastern is 0-1 they lost their first game and play William and Mary today in an elimination game.

Northeastern is currently down 7-4 in the 8th. I don’t necessarily think the CAA is a 1-bid league. UNCW and Charleston both had better conference records than Northeastern and are up to #43 and #46 in the RPI. I think there’s a good chance all 3 were getting bids anyway.

I agree with all of that.

That CAA, through some teams moving from other conferences, has built a good baseball league. They've set themselves up to be a multi bid league for years.

I agree actually after relooking at it. Charleston is 100% in I believe and UNCW is seen more on the bubble. All 3 could definitely get in but I believe they will 100% get 2 in with Northeastern and Charleston as at-larges if Charleston doesn't win the tournament. I think their best chance at 3 is if UNCW wins the tournament and Charleston loses in the championship.

Northeastern should be in even with a big RPI drop from their Conference and Regular Season record.

Miami (Fla.) beats Clemson 8-7 to win their pool and advance to the ACC semis. They have to win the tournament to get a bid.

Don't bother checking our non-conference opponents games, they're all losing.

It would be kind of funny if Miami won the ACC and knocked Florida out of the field.

TCU 9, KSU 4. FINAL.

TCU improves to 2-1 and #35 in RPI. KSU falls to 1-2 and #42 in RPI. TCU is moving close to locking up a bid, while KSU’s prospects look dim.

Don't think I've ever noticed a catcher wear shades under the mask.

ULL just started the bottom of the 2nd against JMU with 1B, 1B, HBP, 1B, 1B, 2B, 1B.

It's now 5-1 and there are still no outs. One of the biggest "hitting is contagious" moments I've seen.

Seven hits in the inning and they just scored 2 on a Sac Bunt. They came to play today.

Xavier 3, UCONN 2. F/11.

Big win for Xavier to strengthen their at-large hopes. It also sets up a possible bid steal opportunity in the Big East as UConn was the only team that looked like a lock.

They moved up like 6 RPI spots. At one point they were looking like an at large candidate but hit a late season skid. They almost played their way into being Quad 1 wins for us. They may still be able to.

checking in on the vols/ags game from time to time out of boredon. it's really hard to watch a game when you hate both teams.

Saw a stat from LSU today or yesterday this is the first time since the conference expanded to 14 teams that we will play all 13 other teams. Thought that was cool.

Still would rather tell A&M, Mizzou, Oklahoma, and ESPECIALLY Texas to frick off and go back to 12 teams.

Does LSU have any of these weird/annoying chants, hand gestures etc. like these other teams.

vols doing some kind of thumb action in the dugout.
