If you think some of the crap that gets spewed out on this site is ridiculous sometimes, read some of the idiocy at the end of Scott Rabalais' column this morning...
Yeah Gerald....that loss to Nicholls State 3 months ago was a sure sign that the end was near. You had every right to be worried. And yeah, Poche decided not to show up for TCU, especially during the first 3 innings when they couldn't touch him. fricktard.

Your assessment is pretty much correct. The very talented tigers have underachieved all year. Winning by a run or two at this point in time will no longer get you a championship. Obviously they are content to just be present in the series and there is nothing special about winning it all by these players and coaches. Teams like TCU have that passion and agenda to win and they have motivated themselves to accomplish something special.
