is he kind of on the lower end of the guys that havent been drafted yet from our class?

Idk much about him but I saw a list of guys that we still have a chance to get to campus and he was the last name but Idk if they were listed in any particular order. the list was the tweet posted in the draft thread.

All I know is I don’t think any of the talking heads thought Brady was making it to LSU. That should tell you enough right there.

He was considered the #180 player in the draft. I’m sure Jay will be happy to have him.

6-5, 210 and throws a 95 mph fastball. Some weights, some time, some coaching, and that'll get even faster.

There are numerous ranking groups.

According to dandydon.com this morning,

The Athletic had him ranked No. 71, and ESPN ranked him the No. 133 prospect heading into the draft.

Well I wasn’t consistent, was I? lol

I got the 180 from our “MLB Draft Thread (Round 4)” thread. The 180 meant he was the #180 MLB prospect, but I guess a lot of guys ranked higher than that didn’t enter the draft. Or like the other guy said, different services have players ranked differently.

some of these rankings include just HS players ranking, some include prospect rankings which include the college kids. Either way it’s a solid get for the team.

LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT 2025 PG NATIONAL SHOWCASE Coleton Brady is a 2026 RHP with a 6-5 208 lb. frame from North Collins, NY who attends TNXL Academy. Tall and lean athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Very young for the class, was 16.9 years old at this event. Works from a side step delivery with a leg raise to his core, well controlled tempo with a clean arm action and 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 94 mph with big running life down and some carry up, more velocity there as he continues to mature. Curveball had big power and 11/5 shape with some depth to it, can snap it off at times. Solid feel for a change up with nice fading life and limited spin. Mixes his three pitches well and throws strikes. High ceiling young arm. Excellent student.
