what has Oklahoma done lately.
OU hasn't won a natty since like '00. They were in the championship game in '03, '04, and '08. They've also made the playoffs like 3 times and have a boatload of Heisman winners.
No complaints with OU being that high.

It’s time for Nebraska and Penn State to gtfo out of the top 10

Has Florida had any success outside of Spurrier and Meyer?
Not really. They had never won an SEC until Spurrier in '91. They finished first in the conference in '90 but were on probation so no title.
They had some good teams in the '80s - even ranked #1 briefly in '84 but no titles.

The grasshoppers on this board will never know how dominant Nebraska was under Osborne.
I remember, bit when was the last time they were relevant when it comes to being in the hunt for a national title? 20 years?

Tenn and Penn State lol. What have then done in the last 25 years? This is stupid
What did LSU do from around 1964-2002? College football history is longer than the last 20-25 years. Penn St and Tennessee both have finished higher in the AP poll overall since 1936. You can argue whether their early polling success was built on weak schedules, but it doesn’t make sense to limit an all-time comparison to recent history.

Texas is the epitome of overrated
Sure, over the last 17 years they have been. But this list is all time, and a 17 year period is roughly 10% of football history.
They have 9 official titles, 2 heismans and are part of one of the best football rivalries (OU/TX, Aub/Ala, OU/Mich are all up there, and I may be forgetting one)
And they are always in the conversation
