In recent memory, is there any other state other than LA that has a College Football Champion and Superbowl winner?

I can think of several states off the top of my head that have won both at some point. Can't immediately think of any that have won both in the same year. If it's occurred, it's rare.

Pretty sure Florida, Texas, and California haven't won both in the same year. Their dominant NFL and college teams were in different eras.

Looks like the Miami Dolphins won the super bowl and Miami Hurricanes won the NC in the Orange Bowl in 1983

Dolphins didn't win the superbowl in 83.

Former LSU QB David Woodley started for the dolphins in that game. At the time he was the youngest QB to ever start in a super bowl and is still the only LSU QB to start one. He passed away in the early 2000s.

In 2017 the Falcons and UGA won the Super Bowl and National Title. Both boring games, I turned them off at halftime.

Not sure if that is recent enough for you.

Pennsylvania but the college teams won in the '70s and 80's.

Texas but most recent SB was '95.

California but the most recent SB is '94.

Washington but the Huskies' last title was '91.

Those 5 and Louisiana are the only 6 I can think of off hand, unless you want to count Syracuse's '59 title or the Browns' or Lions' old NFL championships.

For only 15 posts, that is a quality effort.

If you're suggesting the Saints are going to win the SB, think again. Thomas and Jenkins took care of that already.
