When coach Saban took over state they were just coming off NCAA sanctions, I'm pretty sure . And he beat #1 team at that time OSU . Coach O never really showed he was capable.

Saban had a much better record than Orgeron. And his team improved the longer he was there. Orgerons team got worse the longer he was there. Nice try.

Nick Saban took an 0-11 team and took them to a bowl game 4/5 years, beat #1 Ohio State in the Horseshoe, never had a losing season. Lol at even thinking that is as comparably bad to what O did at Ole Miss.

Edit: the 0-11 was for sanctions, my bad. but still, they had a losing season even without the vacated wins, and saban's last year they got to 10 wins after he had a chance to establish something.

Saban was a 48 year old journeyman when he arrived at LSU back in 2000.

ED was 3-21 in the SEC at Ole Miss.

Saban has never been that bad anywhere regardless of talent.

Saban was considered one of the best coaches even back then (he and Ferentz at Iowa), and was definitely on the way to the NFL.

Trust me, I remember hearing all about him when LSU played Michigan St in the Indy bowl.

Awesome. So because Saban was successful, surely that means O will be too.

How about not having to rely on coordinators to do your work for you? Does that help?

All that talent CEO recruited at Ole Miss Houston Nutt did way better with it than the guy who recruited them.

Same way it will be at LSU

Good try.

Orgeron was 10-25 at Ole Miss.

The season after O was fired, his successor Houston Nutt went 9-4 with a Cotton Bowl win.

Saban already showed to have better clock management skills than O does last night.

You mean the season before when CEO went 0-8 in the SEC.

That's what I've been saying. You keep O & he will recruit lights out. If he shits the bed, you have a stacked roster when he gets fired.

I would rather have a coach that doesn't shite the bed and recruits well.
