There is no proof you would accept. You actually read the article and that is your response? You are among those who are willfully blind. No sane, reasonable, unbiased individual could avoid the conclusion that African Americans are treated differently in the justice system than whites. And statistics are a great tools in evaluating the different treatment. It funny how statistics don’t matter when they don’t support one’s agenda. But are great when they do.

had not heard about the incident. Did they say what was racist about it?
Yes calling his fellow Black officers the "N' word and using it in their presence. Also, documentation of the white officers using the "N" word.

No, what is or isnt in a police officers’ power is referred to as police powers.

I am Sure they are. I am Also sure they would throw out Amendment 4-8 if it meant justice for their loved one.
That’s not the point.
And Police Power is a common term used to describe what the government can and cannot do to maintain law.

I've got a suggestion for you. Just become a cop , and you can reshape humanity single handedly. First of all, leave your firearm at home . Then you can talk down all these misguided youngsters , and help them on the road to success . Concentrate on the Bloods & Cripps , & then work your way around to the Hells Angels . Please, please try it.

You're right, but have you taken a trip to the Poli Board lately? This place is full of literal Q conspiracy theorists. It's the a-hole of the internet if you're looking for coherent political discussion (much less reasonable views on race relations).

You need to go to fbi.gov and see why they are allegedly treated different.

You mean the same Institution that did everything in it's power to try and curtail the Civil Rights Movement, the same institution that harassed MLK and Malcolm? Bugged their homes, spied on them because of what they stood for?
Forgive me if I don't necessarily give a shite about what's on an fbi.gov website.

And we wonder why you can't get 12K fans in Tiger Stadium and no one cares about LSU athletics anymore.
The hoax of "social injustice" and "systematic racism" is strong with the spineless cowards in LSU Athletics.

What article are you referring to? I was responding to a post the did not include the “N” word whatsoever. So you take that and try to imply that I know it was used and I’m okay with the use of it? That’s pretty disingenuous to say the least.

Except that no statistics were presented that show black people are treated differently in the criminal justice system. All that was presented were a few things that have zero context and have been debunked.

You’re not sure of anything. People want police to operate within what the law allows. Police have authority to detain and investigate potential suspects and doing so at gun point when a person potentially has a weapon is not a violation of any amendment. Courts have ruled this reasonable

You’re so right. Police shouldn’t get the jump on the situation by having their guns drawn on a potentially armed suspect. They should take the chance that the person gets the drop on them and starts firing a gun at them and potentially shoot officers and/or any public nearby. It’s so stupid to you because you have no common sense apparently. De-escalation may not always mean what you think it does. If police ensure their safety and the safety of the public by the use of firearms and a quick detention before a suspect can react, that is absolutely a form of de-escalation. Sorry that sounds so stupid to you.

Lol that’s because of this thing called COVID... maybe you’ve heard of it?
I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but every single athletic league (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, CFB) in the United States has addressed BLM in a multitude of ways. Get over yourself, it’s not that big of a deal.

Police are not killing people because they are black. Do whatever the officer asks and you can fight charges later. This isn’t racism, it’s common sense.

What a shitty, dystopian, police state that sounds like. No thanks.
