I’m so thankful and excited we got 2 huge additions with Jabril Cox and Liam Shanahan. They’ll be filling in two big spots on both sides of the field.

If Pelini has someone he can trust in the middle this defense is going to be nasty.

This is why some people need to stop crying when we don't sign a full class. Coach O is ahead of the curve with the new transfer rules.

From a pure talent standpoint at the position, we aren't missing a beat.

Sure wish we had Neil Farrell and Kary Vincent still. This defense looks like it has potential.

I’ve never been a huge KV fan. Yes, yes, I know he came on late last year but we’re not going to miss a beat with him being gone. Flott has experience, so he’ll do just fine and he’s better in coverage

I'm starting to come around to your opinion more and more. Flott was getting quality reps in the UT game. He's clearly "experienced" from a playing standpoint despite the fact he's a true sophomore.

Does anyone know what kind of linebacker he resembles? A big, punishing bruiser? A quick, athletic guy?

Our staff seems to be absolutely dominating the grad transfer market and hitting home runs

We definitely need Cox after losing Queen, Divinity and Phillips.

Really want to see it though before I believe it. I thought Jonathan Giles was going to be electric when they gave him #7 before the 2018 season.

Giles is the exception at this point, not the rule.

This isn’t going to stop them but you are correct.

The schedule fits lsu perfect. They have a couple games to get the mojo established on the Oline and front 7 on D. We'll see what happens.

Go back and watch the TX game last year. Queen wrecked shite on those 2 goal line defensive stands. I think Queen 2019 season was the best LB I have seen at LSU in a long time.

looks a little light in the shorts to me and I wondered how he would hold up at this level of speed and power

Glad to hear he's meeting the challenge, in practice at least

His film showed an incredible ability to cover receivers from that position better than anyone we’ve had in the past. If he can play the run as well then he’s in for a great year.

Or maybe the best LB since 2018 when Devin White was here.
