A quick Google search says that Coach O was not seen anywhere on the field / sidelines during the Clemson game. Has there been anything specific said as to his future role on gamedays for the program?

I saw him at Best Stop grabbing some extra slaw on the side of his red beans and rice.

His role is nothing at the moment. He’s not there.

He will be a cheerleader whenever he is healthy enough to be on the sidelines again. They’ll give him a headset that’s not connected to comms.
Coach O won’t be in the booth because he’s never been. He will help in whatever way he sees fit.

He is more of an analyst and is not a key member of the staff and probably doesn’t need to be on the sideline.
At least that’s how I understand it.

It’s widely known O has health issues.
