I fully understand the Fiesta Bowl went from a top 4 to a top 6 bowl. My apologies if I still consider that, along with a top 5 finish, a significant achievement.

It’s actually MORE important than the post bowl rankings if you’re talking about how close we are to competing for a NY6 or CFP spot, which is what we were discussing

He was a perpetual nega.
He was pissed about the Cotton bowl selection in 2010. He was convinced the program was sinking and he bet a lifetime ban that no one would watch or care about the game. I told him the ratings would be higher than the previous Outback bowl we were in.
Apparently it was very important to him no one care enough to watch LSU play.
What he didn't realize is the Cotton was on network TV, with no competition.

well luckily for us all we will soon find out. Many fans expect to see a much improved offense for the many reasons that have been stated on here multiple times. There are also many who don't expect much. Really doesn't matter what anyone believes will happen. Predictions and so called expectations, while fun to make, don't mean a thing. I'm just pumped up and really looking forward to the 2019 season.
