I agree about not being a genius, but this is dumb. He's got his team ranked #2 after finishing #6 last season with the highest scoring offense in the country. He deserves more respect than a lucky shrimp boat captain.

Burrow has already said LSU save him and not the other way around. There's no way to know what would have happened with Brennan or even McMillan if Burrow didn't transfer.

I don't have the time all the time to read everything on these long arse threads and if you were honest you know there are times you don't either. You at one point IMHO made a back handed attempt to poo poo on a great accomplishment by our HC. I can read through the narrative and when someone is being sincere or not with credit. I am done here - no need to comment on each other posts. It is more preferable to talk with knowledgeable posters than brick walls. Have a nice life and

I know this is too hard of a concept for simpletons with limited cranial capacities but there is this saying that luck is where opportunity meets preparation and hard work on the road of life. Try to think about that for a moment and realize why O deserves credit. Many are incapable of understanding or just too lazy to do so.

College ball has no shortage of solid QBs.
The Transfer Portal has many QBs who are stuck in logjams of talented QBs at their currant team.
Look at the last couple Heisman winners (and currant Heisman contenders) for examples.

Judging this program and the coach by just winning the hardware is dumb. Sure we want the natty but so does 20 other schools that have gone all in.
