Coach O after halftime SIAP

I have 100% laughed at all of the notions of Coach O “loving LSU” and blah blah blah, but when the team came out on the field after halftime, O ran up to the Alabama student section and started beating his chest and throwing up L’s. Super rah rah, but I gotta admit, it was fricking hilarious.

How about his first down motion after the fumble was overturned to incomplete pass? Maybe he should have been coaching what was going to happen on 4th down. Spitballing here but “ Max i know you’re getting killed out there but hang in for this last throw and it will all be worth it. Son, step into it and we win the game”

He was motioning that Max's arm was moving forward. He obviously wasn't motioning 1st down.. because it wasn't 1st down.

We can only wonder what he would done had LSU pulled it out. My bet is he would have ripped his shirt off, ran 5 laps around BDS and yelling RTWFU every 5 yards.

He's got nothing to lose at this stage. It all might have been funny if we'd won the game, but even so, I'm not crazy about a coach acting like a fool even if you can back it up.
Maybe it was his way to motivate the team. Who knows.
