The folks who bash Les Miles never say anything about his character. He is one of the most stand up coaches in college football. No one is denying this. It is his less than impressive coaching that they bash. I do love reading stories like this, it makes it really hard to hate him.

Miles' players at LSU emulate his solid character and decent morals. He's not only coaching great football players (and sends more to the NFL than any other SEC coach) but he mentors them to be good men for the rest of their lives.
Miles haters can laugh at some of his eccentric antics but Louisiana and LSU is damed lucky to have him as the HC. See ya...

Miles sent flowers to the wake/funerals of all 4 kids from Houma who died in the car accident the morning after the West Virginia game. It was a classy gesture and unexpected by all the families.

Totally true...nice that both Les and Nick reached out with compassion in these 2 stories.
