I still love Les.
He is a great man.
I would love to see him staying close to the program in some way.
Best Public Relations guy in LSU history and not a bad record either!

Yes, he did need to go.

Just keeping the record straight, 0107.

Its what I do. The previous HC paying a visit to campus, shouldnt bring up personal attacks or negative coaching bias toward him.

To be an assistant to CEO of course. Most on here think CEO is in over his head.

He didnt get "run off". He got terminated.

He's no quitter, unlike several other revered coaches in this league.

Les is well off no doubt, but one of the wealthiest in the US? No way.

It's subjective of course, and where does one draw the line between in and out. I surmised correctly or incorrectly that you mean in the top 5% to be considered in. I say there is no way he's top 5%. There are many other wealthy people in the US in and out of sports that are wealthy. Think actors, musicians and fortune 500 execs, not to mention other coach's in college and pro that are ahead of him.

I understand that there are plenty of celebrities that have a net worth more than him, but very few coaches can claim this.

He's way higher than the top 5% of the US population. But even at that, makes my point doesnt it?

Will always love and respect CLM! He's welcome anytime as far as I'm concerned. People have no clue how difficult it is to be a head coach in the most difficult league year in and year out! Welcome home, Les!

You didn't say coaches only. Coaches only, yeah, one of the wealthiest. Entire US, you're way off and not even close.

You should also know that the 500th ranked person in the US alone is a billionaire. Do you really want to drill all the way down to the 12-15 million that Les is worth?

Thanks for the fact checking. I am glad we established that Les with his 15+ Mil net worth is not one of the "richest Americans".

Let's all forget that median income in this country is like $40,000.
