Cities in the South should put in bids for SECHQ

Much like the olympics, FIFA, final four, Super Bowl, the next Amazon distribution center.
Let Atlanta, NOLA, Austin, Nashville, Memphis, etc put in proposals
At least in Nashville you would have Vandy grads with an IQ.

Nashville is the obvious choice. It has Vandy but Vandy doesn't count.
