Nah. I know what you mean...some want that Larry Munson-type homer, but I think Chris is great.

Love Chris Blair. Don't need a real Tiger fan for broadcasting. I just want a professionally called game and I believe Chris does that.

agree. and his "touchdown tigers!" needs some mixing up. the highlights are really annoying as his rendition is obviously rehearsed.

I think he's a great PBP guy and perfect for this job. IMO, we couldn't have landed a better guy for the job. I mean that in the sense that he's good at his job and a genuinely good person.

I think Blair does a fine job....he speaks clearly, is accurate and timely, and describes things well so I get a good picture of what is going on.
my only beef is that, for some reason, when I am scrolling through stations, I don't immediately recognize his voice as belonging to tiger sports. I suppose that will come with time.

Keep Blair.
He is different from Hawthorne but he is growing in his connection to LSU.
He has a great radio voice.
Baseball is his better sport at the moment .
He has improved in being more emotional or involved as time has passed during this entire sports season.
I think that he will be excellent as a long term 20 year voice of the Tiger's and our kids and grandkids will grow up recognizing his voice just like we did Hawthorne.

Thompson's annoying IMO. He makes all these little noises and crap during the call. Blair is ok for my tastes but he could be a little more descriptive at times.

I wasnt impressed with his football broadcasts. Hes not terrible, but not great by no means.
