Good thing for the girl he isn't still playing for The Tigers. doubt justice would get done. I hope its a misunderstanding but this is serious and he should be in jail for a long time if this is true.

If a girl is drunk, she is unable to give lawful consent. No consent=rape.
§43. Simple rape
(1) When the victim is incapable of resisting or of understanding the nature of the act by reason of a stupor or abnormal condition of mind produced by an intoxicating agent or any cause and the offender knew or should have known of the victim's incapacity.
It'll be a problem if he picked her up at a bar.

This is the entire statute. If she fought back against his advances or said, "No" then he would be charged with forcible rape.
