In order to booster their defense that the players were aggressive & out of control, the "situation" was set into play. This would back up the claim that he felt threatened and pulled his gun. Yep. It's all a conspiracy.
Let's see how long it takes this dumb twist to become ranter truth.

Ego and Mett were "hanging out outside the apartment building at 2:30 a.m." Parking lot pimping? Geez guys are asking for trouble. If I'm outside and see a car drive by multiple times I'm going inside, not confronting the vehicle demanding to know what said person is doing there. Not saying they deserve what happened to them, but they deserve what happened to them.
