Great location in Carrboro. I stayed there for a friends wedding once. There are terrific restaurants in the same building.

It's Franklin and Columbia.
I just noticed what else is at Franklin and Columbia, a Raising Cane’s.

A good sign for our Tigers.

I’ll be there as well. Carolina Brewery within walking distance.

They just moved in recently. One of the best locations in CH for sure. A lot of people weren't thrilled that a chain has that spot, but I'm looking forward to trying it. Never been to a Raising Cane's before.
For those of you who have never been to a Bojangles, you should try one while in NC. Fried chicken is great, as is if the Cajun Chicken Filet Club Sandwich.

The first Raising Cane’s is just outside the north gate of LSU.

According to the N.C. baseball website, "fans get pretty rowdy during the playoffs". They have no idea what's getting ready to happen when LSU fans hit the ballpark area.

PsychTiger - we’ll have to meet at breakfast there Friday morning. ??

I won’t get in until late Friday. Not gonna cancel patients that have to get evaluated by me before they can get bariatric surgery.

I have lived in NC and/or Raleigh for 30 years. Those of you coming to the game need to know the baseball stadium (the Bosh they call it) it right in the middle of campus - it is off Ridge - same road as the law school. There is virtually no parking near the stadium during the school year. May be different with the students on summer break. So the posts on here about recommended parking and to check on the UNC website are the way to go.
Franklin Street is a short walk from stadium - easy. Just follow the UNC fans. They are pretty friendly to everyone except NCState and Duke. For pregame Franklin street is the easiest choice.
Some have asked difference between NCState and UNC for the games? The UNC stadium is actually a lot bigger. NCState has a good ball program and really, really small stadium.
From Raleigh-Durham airport it is only 20 minutes to Chapel Hill (unless there is a lot of traffic). From Greensboro (PTI airport) it is 40-60 minutes depending on traffic. From Charlotte it is 2 hours.
I have my 30th college reunion at Davidson on Friday and Saturday - I will try to come to campus on Sunday and buy a ticket, so if they win on Friday or Saturday I will be there.

Has anyone been able to purchase tickets for the entire regional or just the Friday games?

@tarheel
Is the AC hotel is walkable to the ballpark? It looks that way from the map.
Im bringing my 11 year old son, so was trying to find a hotel where we can park and walk everywhere. Appreciate the insight

It's a mile or so from the ballpark. With a kid, it might take a while but the walk goes right through campus which is worth seeing. You'd also be really, really close to all the restaurants on Rosemary and Franklin.

For those going, the basketball museum on campus is cool thing to visit.
Obviously Franklin Street and walking the campus have already been mentioned
