No. Is the offensive line. If you don't have one Worth mentioning except two tackles that Are decent at pass blocking, you can't have an offense. No run game no pass game. Nothing

Do you people even watch the game?

I do. Our offensive line has issues. No doubt. But when Nuss has protection…he doesn’t step into throws, holds the ball forever, and is terrified of getting touched. You can have him.

I remember one play (I think 3Q) where there’s no pass rush and he just hauls arse backwards to his right. He is frickn terrified of getting hit.

Enough about BK.

How about no. Nuss will be gone this year or next, we're stuck with BK

It’s that but there’s other issues too with the skill guys and the biggest issue is Kelly literally telling the world that defenses can dictate what we run. So everyone knows what we’re doing and knows how to bait us into exactly what they want. It’s one of the craziest, stupidest things I’ve ever seen a coach do.

Pretty sure we entered this game with among the fewest sacks allowed in the SEC this season…

Because he doesn’t hold the ball dipshit. In 2022 JD set a record for sacks despite having the 2nd most time to throw in the SEC. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Burrow was sacked 38 times his first year.

Burrow also broke and ran for more first downs than he was sacked and actually had designed run plays for him. We can’t even do that with Nuss.

And I find it hilarious that all the people who bitched about JD “running it too much” and “would never be a good QB because of that” are all now dead silent about the fact that Nuss NEVER runs it.

Reading these replies, it feels like the best path forward is to cook a good gumbo, enjoy these few cold weeks, and hope for a better season next year…

Yeah. That’s about your real options here. BK has next year regardless of what happens this year. If there is zero improvement next year, I have no doubts his seat will be hot.

Nuss is not THE problem. He is a deflection from THE problem. One has a a year of eligibility left and ONE has a 10-year contract.

I could sack nuss & then you know what happens ? You punt the ball & it may go 20 yards!
We need a punter

I mean his OL is horrible and he gets happy feet because of that with them living rent free in his head running for his life. Then when he makes a beautiful deep throw which he's easily capable of the WR finds a way to drop it. This is the story of LSU this season and especially the last 3 games. They can't get out their own way. When one player plays like crap it spreads like cancer and they all shoot themselves in the foot. It's like a pandemic of bad everywhere. Bad play is contagious. You have S who get flat footed to make tackles in holes, WRs dropping easy catches, doing dumb boneheaded stuff like costing you easy TDs on offensive PIs, players stepping out of bounds to stall drives, dropping 3 super easy INTs, etc. You couldn't find a team with worse luck. They're cursed.

They played against a QB today who was 50% of his self and STILL lost. Let that sink in.
