He’s fine. Just a minor camp injury. If we had a game he would start.

They are in heightened mode with him.....he’s fine. No reason to risk anything with any of the studs.

I get wanting to be careful with him and the other stars...
But guy hasnt played a real snap of football in a year... I'd think they want to get him some live reps... to me its even more of a risk holding him out then asking him to go full on in a game

If the Kardell injury showed us anything it’s that if someone is out for a significant amount of time we would know. That injury happened yesterday and we already know he’s going to be out a couple months.

I honestly don’t think he’s hurt at all I think they are just being super cautious with him

If LSU was playing Texas game one I probably would agree but since game one is Georgia Southern you can afford to ease him back and use that game week and game for him to be ready.

He's not injured. They're just being cautious as he doesn't really need the reps.

I wouldn’t say he doesn’t need the reps because he hasn’t played in a year.

He could definitely use the practice reps but I see no reason why he should be scrimmaging

This morning on OTB, Jordy said he was having surgery and would be out a while.

Billy at 247 asked Kary Vincent if Chaisson needed the reps and Vincent laughed.

He's one of the hardest workers on the team. Prep/conditioning won't be an issue.

Chaisson had Lasik Surgery in mid July. He couldn't have any contact for 30 days. Once he came back to camp he suffered a mild ankle sprain. Nothing serious but they are being very careful with him.

Then why practice any starter?

There is no way LSU holds out a perfectly healthy player this many practices in a row.

Now it might well be that they are being cautious and that he will suit up when the time comes. I think it more likely he does have some minor injury or tenderness associated with his previous injury and that he is being held out to not aggravate whatever he has got going on.

We have many other star players who are practicing. So when a starter does not practice this long, there is almost certainly some underlying injury, however minor it might be.

He doesn’t need the reps? He’s not exactly experienced. Yes he has loads of upside and potential but I’m sure he could use the reps.

Did you not read the posts above yours? There's no reason to speculate what's wrong with him, it's written above you.

His injury is in line with all the other troll attempts to rile up the TRant. Your effort is poor and a few days late.
