Actually your thread was posted at 6:28 a.m. It fell off the first page and someone bumped it back up with a link around 10 a.m. after this one had been stickied and posted in for multiple pages.

This goes to show that everything in life can change in an instant. Make the most of everyday. Prayers for Chad Jones. This is a really unfortunate event.

Great news. When he's stable and has had time to recuperate, I'm sure he'll be rehabbing for awhile.

I know someone that was in the surgery....he did do well. They had the best surgeon in the country that operated on CJ. I know he broke his heel and had very serious injuries to his left leg with lots of blood from the arteries. He couldn't go into details. I don't like saying this but the talk was that he will not play football again due to his injuries but still may be able to pitch and play baseball(this is what he told me, I told him its way to early to tell). I know thats the least of anyones concerns right now but I thought I would share what I was told

link? I'm sure the Dr. did a great job but saying the best surgeon in the country would be at one of New Orleans' shitty hospitals is a bit too much to believe.
