Is he considered on IR or anything that would make him eligible should the Giants win?

What about Ryan Perrilloux? Does he get a ring?

quote:

On January 13, 2011, Perriloux was signed to a reserve/future contract with the New York Giants. On September 3, 2011, he was cut from the Giants' roster. He was re-signed the same day to the practice squad. He was released from the practice squad on September 17, and was re-signed again on September 23. Perrilloux was waived again on September 28. He was re-signed to the practice squad on October 8, but released again on October 12, only to be re-signed again on October 17.[25] He was released from the practice squad again on November 2, 2011 [26] and signed to the practice squad again on November 11, 2011 before being released once again on November 26, 2011.

Chad Jones getting a ring, is this even fair?
He hasn't even participated with the team yet!

Benson's limo driver has a Super Bowl ring.

I've seen it in person. No joke.

Yes. Gotta glimpse of it while I was bullshitting with him at the Marriott in Atlanta back in July during the NFL labor negotiations, when all the NFL owners were there. Cool guy too. I was there on business (not NFL related). Just a coincidence.

Pic I took of Jerry Jones. Probably the most decent guy of the owners I met.

BTW. Benson's limo driver was dressed like a general manager, as some people with me thought he was with the SB ring and all. It wasn't until I struck up a conversation with him that I found out he was Benson driver/assistant. Good guy.

tell that to Shockey...remember the way the Giants fricked him over in 2007 when he broke his leg? he was a major contributor to that Super Bowl run and he didnt get one...there are numerous times he made sure to say so as well after he got to N.O....it was a dick move on the Giants part

Yep.

Jeremy Shockey already owns a Super Bowl ring despite not playing in the New York Giants' victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. This year, Shockey says he'll be on the field for the Saints as they play for their first NFL championship.

The league pays for a certain number of rings. The team can give them to anybody they want to. If they want more rings they can pay for more to be made.
