That is beyond idiotic.

But he sucked at Ole Miss and sounds funny. People will make fun of us even if he wins.

Can’t judge a coach after his first year. This is the year that will make or break him.

Cucks? Orgeron is one of the very best in the conference. His work ethic has been second to none since taking over. He shitcanned Les Miles incompetent coach leaches, processed Les Miles entitled wall suckers immediately. He has shaken every Bush possible to overhaul the roster Les left behind, even with O haters openly recruit against LSU for EVERY single major recruit looking at LSU. Orgeron's staff may be the strongest of any staff EVER at LSU.

Why, and how? Because Orgeron is the dumbest know nothing coach in football? You got shite in your drawers, punk.

I don't care if the coach voted for Dennis Kucinich as long as he wins games.

And Les isn't a lib even if it did matter. Nick Saban is. I don't think too many gumps are worried about his political affiliation.

I think many people do not like CEO because he is tied to Aleva for some reason, in your minds. Maybe its because Aleva failed to get a good hire like Fisher or Herman and LSU "had to settle with CEO".

I think people dont like O because he is a proven failure, at a historical level, as a head coach. He has done a decent job in 2 stints as an interim HC but has never shown any ability to build and lead a program.

In his first year as full time HC at LSU he had historically bad losses to Mississippi State and Troy, brought in an underwhelming recruiting class and the best reasonable expectations for this year call for 3 losses... and those are optimistic expectations of everything goes right.

He is not a good coach and pointing that out does not mean people are not pulling for the tigers to win.

It matters bestbank, because Les Miles sociology political lean is what engined his qb decisions. This is why it matters

What coach with a losing record (prior to getting hired on by Aleva) wouldn’t say the same thing for 3.5/yr?

The hate is overdone, I agree, but his sideshow BS and lack of candor has ruffled many of LSU faithful jimmies. Myself included.

I love LSU and coaching the tigers would be a dream for me as well.

Why shouldn’t LSU hire me? I’m only slightly less qualified than the current coach. And I’d do it for less money.

He had a bad year...but turned it around and beat Auburn and Florida

Florida was perhaps the biggest dumpster fire in the SECast year with the possible exception of Tennessee.

He did manage the upset against AU. Great win and I won’t attempt to discredit that.

Not sure with F King & John Bel still in the mix if someone other than Alleva could do much better.

O will be under a microscope this season, and for good reason. O needs to get his Ole Miss mentality completely out of his system and hope his OC works out.

They fired their fn coach. So did, UT, Ark, TAMU, Ole Miss.

ZerO was handed one of the easiest schedules ever! Still couldn’t hit 10 wins.

Don’t worry, I’m judging him based on his time at Ole Miss also.

Also, being from LSU has absolutely NOTHING to do with being a successful coach.
Is Saban from Alabama?
Is Belichick from New England?
Is Urban Meyer from Ohio?
Was Bill Walsh from San Francisco?
----------

Why it matters, or could be the GREATEST attribute next to competent coaching, and leadership is that a personality like Orgeron coaching LSU is identity, and ability to unify, and rally Louisiana HS football (the hottest recruiting bed in America)(something Les Miles was NEVER able to do) around LSU football. Even the Louisiana directional schools benefit. Orgeron is alpha male, and LSU is alpha program.

If LSU and Louisiana want a guy like O to be the “identitiy” of the program, we are in much bigger trouble than I thought.

And funny how you bring up recruiting and how bad Miles was. The class Ed just signed was worse than ANY class Miles signed.

And to be clear, I am not and was not a Les Miles guy. I wanted him fired a year before he was. But he is a better coach than Ed and any one who denies that is just full of shite.
