Maybe the market is that crazy.

It is now. Just wait until 2008 on steroids hits within a year. Housing and commercial market super crash. See if Blackrock or Vanguard will sell you one of the zip codes they’ve been snatching up overbidding 50% of market value. The new North American slum lords.

So which is it? Did he buy Bocage Plantation or a house in Bocage neighborhood?

We got two people saying different things.

If he did buy Bocage in Darrow, that is a beautiful place and Ryan Clark will be so triggered his head will probably explode.

With that crib, he'll need that salary for maintenance and upkeep. With 8 acres, he'll spend a fortune for his ZTR.

Do you dummies think BK will be commuting to and from work at 8 and 5?
Traffic is shitty everywhere in this town.
His drive to and from “work” will be in the dark with no one on the road 9 times out 10.

Is this a pre-civil war plantation house?

{I can't see that ever being used in recruiting against him in the current political climate} {(sarcasm font)}

Depends on if you know the back streets going east and west. Claycut, Broussard, Glenmore, Hundred Oaks, Christian, Westdale etc...I grew up in that part of town.
