No more excuses, he's got a blend of youth, experience; QB he wants, DC he wants.

I'm not expecting a dynasty, but I am asking to be in conversations way into every Jan.....and not about his under achieving.

We have to cut ties if we don’t make the round of 12 next season.

Yes, clearly he has outsmarted himself by attempting to assemble the best roster he can get….

It's taken awhile to figure out the roster management aspect. Some schools figured it out sooner or just had a stroke of luck. Maybe just maybe he figured out how to avoid the ebbs and flows that some programs are going to have to deal with too. We'll see.

Y’all can say what you want but CBK best chance to win a natty was in 2023, he should have left that defensive coordinator in Oxford after that embarrassing lost and I think the season would have turned out differently

He can start by winning the season opener for a change

Tbh underwood and Stewart choosing elsewhere was the best thing that could've happened for lsu besides nuss returning. That freed up money to go after players in which they did. Now they have to turn the product he created into wins.

Your overall point is valid but Nuss is not what BK wants. If you had said an experienced talented QB fine. But BK has shown throughout his history he wants a dual thread qb. Sometimes they can be better on the passing side and less of a threat to run. But he has always preferred a qb who can run. Several times he’s had a two qb system because he had a passer that wasn’t a good enough runner so he got the runner into the game.

Dynasties are a thing of the past. With the transfer portal and immediate eligibility, rosters will change too much from year to year.

If Baker can't figure out how to stop a mobile QB it won't.

If Sloan takes 12 games to figure out how to call an offense again, this will be yet another bomb by BK.

We will see how the team recovers after losing to Clemson to open the season.

It's fricking insane that this has almost twice as many downvotes as upvotes. We don't make the playoff, his arse needs to be fired immediately. shite, we don't beat Clemson and his seat should be red fricking hot. Missing a 12 team playoff twice is in no way acceptable.

Any of the downvoters want to try to explain their position?

CLEMSON GAME #1 will gage next season. A must win. Lose and the boo birds come out and the seat gets warmer.

Rehiring Austin Thomas was among the best moves Brian Kelly has made since he arrived.

No, and we as fans don't need to. Do you think descending into mediocrity is in LSU Football's financial interest?

Sunk cost fallacy is a real thing.
