Bought my car from Carvana. About two weeks in, transmission started slipping. Brought it to Nissan and filed a warranty claim. Got a brand new transmission through warranty.
Besides that hiccup, it was a pretty great experience.

Exactly. I'm on my second from them. If you are buying under factory warranty, what the risk? Just make sure it hasn't been in a wreck that Carfax didn't pick up. That's the only thing you have to have a mechanic look for.
Each time they dropped the car off at my house, we took it for a drive and signed the remaining papers. Done in under a half hour. About as easy as ordering from Amazon.
