Both Yankees who played offensive line up north. Both assistant coaches under McCartney at Colorado. Both coached the OL at Colorado (maybe at the same time - 1983 according to Wiki, but that could be a typo - did they have co-position coaches back then or is it possible Dinardo coached the DL in 82 and 83 before becoming OC).
Both head coaches at LSU at some point.
