LSU’s OL vs. Bama’s DL?

Yes. Maybe not enough to win the game but surely enough to muster 200 yards and a point.

You see it all the time with smaller schools and schools with creative coaches

Teams with less o line talent than LSU managed better than we did.

Everyone else in the country that plays them that has less talent than us doesn't get shut out, so yes, you can, but you have to have a competent coach to do that.

Enough to win? Maybe not.
Enough to at least get a couple drives going? Hell yes!
And to be honest, you score a little in the first half and give the D a bit of a break, it could change the whole complexion of the game.

Yes.
Rollouts, quick throws, screens, draws, RPOs are all available as well as others. Execution still remains and blocking still needs to happen.

Freeze, Sumlin, Gus and Dabo all say yes.

I can name 3 people that do it better than anyone else: Kiffen, Kendal Briles from University of Houston, and Chad Morris. Arkansas had the worst offensive line last year and managed 31 points against Alabama this year because of how Morris schemes

Rolling pockets, but that will only work a few times before the defense adjusts. Quick slants, TE seam, up-tempo kinds of things work too. Our OL was not even close to matching up with Bama DL. It was embarrassing.

Other teams do it.
Very few teams have good OLs but they Scheme to hide their weaknesses.
Point and case, LSU looked better in 2017 vs bama cuz Canada’s jet sweep motions made the defense hesitate and respect the threat.

The only hope in this game was JB in the shotgun, and letting it fly within 2.5 seconds max...

Then what is the point? Let’s get a guy to scheme us out of a shite out but still lose? Lmao

Entire offenses have been invented for this very purpose.

lol not call playaction passes when you have -1 yard rushing. Almost all of the passes were playaction. The boneheaded playaction call at our end zone did it for me. Amateur call.

So does Morris only scheme well against Bama because he sure sucked against Auburn, North Texas and A&M?

Wait so you are fine with settling for a shite offense that gives you absolutley 0 chance of winning?
Atleast if you have someone capable of scheming around it, it gives your team a fighting chance if a few things swing their way.
This is the dumbest post I've seen on here, well atleast in the top 5

Yes, you throw quick quick slants and get the ball out before the rush can affect the play. We tried this , but the problem is you have to quickly block the d-line and get there hands down. 3 of the 5 quick passes we tried were batted down at the line of scrimmage.
Screen passes work well when you throw them against a blitzing defense and can create a space at the second level to run after the catch. Alabama did not have to blitz that often because their front 4 provided all the pressure they needed. The 2 screens we tried ran right into waiting linebackers.
RPO works well when the run game is a threat and the backers or corner crash to stop the run, but again the Bama front kept our run game in check so most of the RPOs ended up with the backers staying home and the corners playing coverage. This forces a run read and then gets stopped at the LOS.
I don't think there was much SE could have called that would have worked short of having a Michael Vick type talent that could have created some magic as he was running for his life.
